1. Thai Smart Narathiwat 1: Started in 1995, 7-storey condominium located by the waterfront of Narathiwat River, considering as one of the leading bird’s condominiums in the region.
2. Thai Smart Narathiwat 2: Started in 2002, 4-storey condominium with area 8 x 20 meters, 21 bird’s nesting rooms in the heart of Narathiwat city.
3. Thai Smart Narathiwat 3: Built in 2006, a giant scale of bird community by 7-storey condominium with 25 x 25 meters size of building in 2 rais (3200 square meters) area, there are totally 145 bird’s nesting rooms.
1. Thai Smart Hat-Yai 1: Built in 2009, 6-storey condominium with 10 x 25 meters building, 50 bird’s nesting rooms, Thai smart Hat-Yai 1 is the first pioneer large-scale bird’s condominium in Songkhla.

1. Thai Smart Nakhon Si Thammarat 1: Built in 2010, 8-storey building with the building of 20 x 20 meters, there are totally 106 bird’s nesting rooms, located in Pak Phanang sub-district, Pak Phanang is one of the areas which have the highest amount of swallow bird in Thailand.

1. Thai Smart Bird’s nest cleaning division 1: established in 2012, a comprehensive bird’s nest collection center and reputable bird’s nest cleaning factory, our passion adhere to a completely non-chemical production, we only use skilled labors and quality tools in every process.
2. Thai Smart Bird’s nest cleaning division 2: With more than 18 units of nesting condominium, the massive collection center, the standard cleaning and the trust of our customers, the company decides to expand the productivity to at least 1.2 tons per annum with 2000 square meter processing area in Hat Yai.
To establish a bird’s nest community and facilitate the bird’s nest trader movement in southern Thailand, the company initiate a hotel project and establish the Smart Hotel in 2015. The hotel located between two shopping malls, Central Festival Hat Yai and Makro.
1. Raw Bird’s Nest Classification : The raw bird’s nest obtained from the nesting condo are classified according to the characteristics of nests. All bird’s nest and all sources must be traceable from the bird's nest in our customer's hands back to the condo which is the source of the swallow to guarantee the quality of the nest.
2. Basic cleaning: Bird’s nest that has been classified as a 100% natural nest, may be still have some dirt attached on it, such as dust, egg shell etc. Basic cleaning is a rough wash process to remove off these large-scale dirt.
3. Feather removal: The process is divided into 3 types according to customers' requirements: dry, semi-dry and wet. The process for each type will be using different quality bird’s nest and different sizes. The dry-type is for the big size and less hair nests. The wet-type is for hairy nests. In this process, our superfine products is produce from only skilled labors and cleanly tools.
4. Air dryer and QC: The bird’s nests is dried by natural air dryer. Then, products are passed to QC stage with the techniques that have been developed by Thai Smart Bird’s Nest. Our customers will have a perfection bird nest with beautiful quality. Free of chemicals in the production process altogether.
5. Disinfection: The bird’s nests that have been processed will be sterilized by hot steam and disinfection by UV light.
6. Laboratory process: Every bird’s nest must be inspected for various contaminants, follow the food standards in Thailand and China.
