Established in 1997, Thai Smart Bird Nest Co.Ltd is well known in the swallow bird nest industry in Thailand as the constructor of many large bird's nest condos. With the combination of local wisdom and technology from experts in the process of cleaning the swallow bird’s nest, our bird’s nest has long been trusted by Thai and Chinese customers. With the slogan of using 100% natural swallow bird’s nests and the production of bird nests completely devoid of chemicals.
1. Raw Bird’s Nest Classification : The raw bird’s nest obtained from the nesting condo are classified according to the characteristics of nests. All bird’s nest and all sources must be traceable from the bird's nest in our customer's hands back to the condo which is the source of the swallow to guarantee the quality of the nest.
2. Basic cleaning: Bird’s nest that has been classified as a 100% natural nest, may be still have some dirt attached on it, such as dust, egg shell etc. Basic cleaning is a rough wash process to remove off these large-scale dirt.
3. Feather removal: The process is divided into 3 types according to customers' requirements: dry, semi-dry and wet. The process for each type will be using different quality bird’s nest and different sizes. The dry-type is for the big size and less hair nests. The wet-type is for hairy nests. In this process, our superfine products is produce from only skilled labors and cleanly tools.
4. Air dryer and QC: The bird’s nests is dried by natural air dryer. Then, products are passed to QC stage with the techniques that have been developed by Thai Smart Bird’s Nest. Our customers will have a perfection bird nest with beautiful quality. Free of chemicals in the production process altogether.
5. Disinfection: The bird’s nests that have been processed will be sterilized by hot steam and disinfection by UV light.
6. Laboratory process: Every bird’s nest must be inspected for various contaminants, follow the food standards in Thailand and China.
